Subscription FAQ
If you want your order sent right away go to ‘Manage subscriptions’ in your account and click ‘Send now’.
To set a specific date for your next order:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions'
- Click ‘Reschedule’
- Select the date you want the order to be processed (Delivery will be 1-2 working days after this date).
PLEASE NOTE: You can also set specific dates for your next 3 deliveries by clicking 'Manage subscriptions' in your account and then ‘View upcoming orders’.
To change your payment method:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Click on ‘Address & payment details’
- Click ‘Manage payment methods’
- You’ll be sent an email with a link that will let you change the payment method you want to use.
Changing your order frequency is quick and easy:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Click on ‘Manage this subscription’ underneath the product information
- Change the delivery frequency and click ‘Save changes’
If you want to increase or decrease the pack size of the current product you’re subscribed to please message us at support@miraculousmeals.co.uk and we’ll make the change for you right away.
Yes, if you want to swap the product you have for another:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Click ‘Manage this subscription’ underneath the product information
- At the bottom of the page click on ‘Swap this for a different product’
Adding an additional product to your subscription is quick and easy:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Scroll down to the ‘You may also like’ section
- Click ‘Add’ to add the product you want
PLEASE NOTE: Your new product will be added to your existing order, so they arrive on the same day as one delivery. If you want different products to arrive on different dates you can set the dates accordingly.
With our subscriptions you only pay for the next upcoming shipment. You
are charged for you next order on the date your next order is processed. To see
when this is, click on ‘Manage subscriptions’ in your account overview. Your
order will then be delivered 1-2 working days later.
PLEASE NOTE: We will always notify you by email a couple of days before your next order is due to be charged. Giving you time to move the delivery date if required.
To change your address:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Click ‘Address and payment details’
- Enter your new address details
PLEASE NOTE: To change the address on an order that has already been processed please email support@miraculousmeals.co.uk
To pause deliveries:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Click on 'Upcoming orders'
- If you want to miss just your next delivery, click ’Skip’
- If you want to set a date further in the future when you want deliveries
to resume click ‘Edit’ and then ‘Reschedule’ and choose the date you want
To cancel your subscription:
- In your account click ‘Manage subscriptions’
- Click on ‘Manage this subscription’ underneath the product information
- At the bottom of the page click on ‘Cancel subscription’
