Delivery & returns
Delivery
All orders received by 6pm (Monday to Friday inclusive) will be dispatched that day and arrive on the next working day.
Our courier partner is DPD, the UK's leading parcel delivery service.
We will send you confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.
We will also ask our courier partner to contact you directly via email with tracking information and to provide you with options for specific delivery requests, these include: the option to change the delivery date or location, to request your delivery is left in your safe place or left with a neighbour or delivered to a pickup point.

A working day is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
Harder to reach destinations

We're not currently able to deliver to The Isle of Man or The Channel Islands.
Subscription delivery
We will let you know a week before every subscription is due for dispatch and so you can change, amend, pause or cancel your upcoming subscription order.
We will then confirm your subscription three days prior to dispatch, at which time the order will not be able to be changed and will proceed for delivery.
We will send you confirmation when your subscription order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.
We will also ask our courier partner to contact you directly via email with tracking information and to provide you with options for specific delivery requests.
Returns
We are happy to accept the return of complete orders that have been unused and are not required.

- Your order number
- The items that you would like to return
- The reason for return
