Delivery

All orders received by 6pm (Monday to Friday inclusive) will be dispatched that day and arrive on the next working day.

A working day is Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.

We will send you confirmation when your order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

We will also ask our courier partner to contact you directly via email with tracking information and to provide you with options for specific delivery requests, these include: the option to change the delivery date or location, to nominate a neighbour or a pick up point for your parcel, or to upgrade your delivery to a weekend delivery slot.

Our courier partner is DPD, the UK's leading parcel delivery service.

Subscription Delivery

We will let you know a week before every subscription is due for dispatch and so you can change, amend, pause or cancel your upcoming subscription order.

We will then confirm your subscription three days prior to dispatch, at which time the order will not be able to be changed and will proceed for delivery.

We will send you confirmation when your subscription order has been dispatched, including a tracking number.

We will also ask our courier partner to contact you directly via email with tracking information and to provide you with options for specific delivery requests.

Taste Guarantee

Dogs love the taste of our food, and for good reason. With 60% real meat and fresh fruit and vegetables, Miraculous Meals is one of the most nutritious and tastiest wet dog foods you can buy.

If for whatever reason your dog doesn’t like our food we will make a donation on your behalf to one of our dog rescue charities for the amount that you paid for your order. You can then pass the food that you purchased onto a doggy friend or donate it to a rescue centre of food bank.

We really want you to know that whether your dog loves our food (and 96% of dogs do), or if not, that your purchase has made a real difference to dogs in need.

To let us know that your dog didn’t get along with Miraculous Meals just drop us a message at support@miraculousmeals.co.uk and we’ll send you a link to pick which of our supported rescue centres you would like us to make a donation to.

Returns

We are happy to accept the return of complete orders that have been unused and are not required.

- Your order number
- The items that you would like to return
- The reason for return
