As the new year gets underway, we wanted to look back on the impact we had together last year and take a moment to say thank you.
We built Miraculous Meals on a simple belief: that great food and doing good should go hand in hand. That’s why we care deeply about producing food that’s naturally good and why 50% of all our profits go to fund meals for rescue dogs.
And thanks to every bowl of Miraculous Meals you fed last year, we were able to donate 86,000 meals to dogs in rescue centres across the UK. Proof that every bowl served is more than just a meal, it’s a small act of love, care and change.
Looking ahead, our ambition is simple but bold: to donate over a quarter of a million meals this year.
Over the past year, we’ve had the privilege of supporting rescue centres large and small. From nationwide partners like Hope Rescue, National Animal Welfare Trust, Birmingham Dogs Home, Edinburgh Dog & Cat Home, Manchester & Cheshire Dogs Home, Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter and The Blue Cross, to smaller grassroots rescues supported through our monthly donation competition.
One of the most special moments for us was taking our donation tour on the road, meeting rescue teams face to face, delivering food, listening to their stories, and showing them they’re not alone. That journey even reached nationwide BBC Breakfast News, helping shine a national spotlight on the realities rescue centres face every day.
At Christmas, we were proud to support Hope Rescue, helping ensure every dog in their care would be fed through the festive season and beyond. That support now continues, with every dog at Hope Rescue being fed on our new dry food throughout the year and the dogs are thriving.
We’ve shared more from our donation tour, our visit to Hope Rescue, and our BBC Breakfast feature in earlier blog posts if you’d like to explore further.
From all of us at Miraculous Meals and from every dog you’ve helped feed, thank you for being part of this journey.
