15,000 meals funded for Birch Hill Dog Rescue

Earlier this year, we launched a competition for smaller rescue centres across the UK to win a year's worth of food. We know that many independent rescues do amazing work every single day, giving dogs a second chance and often not getting the recognition they deserve.

Birch Hill Dog Rescue in Shropshire was our first winner.

We had the privilege of visiting Birch Hill to deliver something very special – 2 tonnes of our new dry food, enough for more than 15,000 meals and a year's worth of food for every dog in their care.

The team at Birch Hill work tirelessly to care for vulnerable dogs and help them find the loving homes they deserve. Spending time with them, meeting the dogs and seeing their dedication firsthand was a powerful reminder of why our mission matters.

Seeing 2 tonnes of food arrive at the rescue wasn't just about the number of meals donated. It was about helping to ease some of the pressure that smaller rescues face every day, allowing them to focus their time, energy and resources on caring for the dogs who need them most.
